VIRTUALhaus

VIRTUALhaus is a 3D visualization technology startup. When I joined the company they were coming out of "stealth mode" so the website was bare bones, primarily used for recruitment. I singlehandedly took the site from 3 pages that did not conform to brand standards to a complete site - all within 2 months.

Case & Associates is a hotel & hospitality contractor. They create beautiful venues for their clients and needed a brand & website that matched. After launching the new look of Case & Associates, we started their digital marketing to gain key search engine positions and establish thought leadership.

711 Rankin Operations offers industrial executive suites in a coworking facility. They needed branding and a website to showcase their great facility. After the site was launched, we got to work optimizing the site for SEO and creating content for search engine optimization.

Demand Disruption is a non-profit fighting the demand for human trafficking. After years of operating under a different name, the non-profit changed directions and needed a brand to reflect the shift in focus. The new brand and website were crafted to represent their updated mission. We then continued to promote them through social media and emails.

Realtor Dena Musfy

Brand Development

Dena Musfy is a high-performing realtor who wanted an online presence that could stay with her from brokerage to brokerage. We created her presence to stay in-line with brand standards of her current brokerage. When she moved brokerages, she needed a quick turnaround for her brand to match the new brokerage. Within 24 hours, we were able to update her entire online presence to line up with her work transition.

Initiated the launch of digital marketing for the USA arm of global building materials leader, CEMEX. This includes all digital marketing channels for CEMEX USA and a handful of subsidiary brands across the country. Each brand required a unique digital strategy, that would resonate with their target customer driving brand awareness and lead generation.

HESS Corporation

Responsibilities included social media strategy, community management, detailed reporting, social ads, and content creation. During 2016, I was able to double the number of posts shared year over year. Their social media pages had a higher growth rate than any of their competitors during 2016. 

  • Facebook ad campaign resulted in a 116% increase in followers (3,045 followers) in one month

  • Produced year-end social media campaign meeting company goals that was approved by the client in record time

From blogging and website development to strategically targeted SEM and social media campaigns, I developed and executed lead generation campaigns for a complex brand with locations across the nation. Improving website performance and leads by double-digit percentage points, I was able to demonstrate the value of digital marketing in an industry reliant on traditional marketing channels. 

  • 30% improvement in pageviews from July 2017 to June 2018

  • 36% improvement in Cost Per Lead during H1 2018

  • 42% improvement in leads from January 2018 to June 2018

Managed established brand in a highly competitive and saturated market. Used human-focused, localized marketing to reach current and new potential customers. Collateral for LER included blog content, social media content, social ads, event marketing, TV commercials, radio ads, billboards and print materials. 

  • MOM Comparison of AdWords performance from Aug and Sep 2017 after thorough audit. 

    • 46% increase in Clicks.
