Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in the Social Media for Small Businesses eCourse. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. No Refunds Once the Course Begins All sales are final once the course has begun. Refunds will not be issued for any reason after the course start date. This policy applies regardless of: Whether you have accessed course materials or not Personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or changes in availability Dissatisfaction with course content after the start date Technical difficulties on the student's end The course is considered to have begun on the official start date communicated at enrollment. It is the student's responsibility to review all course details before purchasing. 2. Pre-Course Cancellation If you need to cancel your enrollment before the course start date, please contact us as soon as possible at laura@lauradodds.com. Pre-course cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the course instructor. 3. Live Group Training Sessions This course takes place in live sessions across 4 pre-determined weeks. A full recording of every live coaching session will be provided to all enrolled students, regardless of attendance. Missing a session is not grounds for a refund. All pre-recorded video lessons, worksheets, and course materials (outside of the live session recordings) are available with lifetime access. 4. Individual Coaching Sessions This course includes 3 individual coaching sessions. Please note the following regarding these sessions: It is your responsibility to book individual sessions with Laura Dodds. All three coaching sessions will expire 90 days after the date of your final live session. 5. Chargebacks & Disputes If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed with your bank or credit card provider after the course has begun, we reserve the right to provide this Refund Policy and your enrollment confirmation as evidence that the purchase was valid and intentional. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in permanent removal from the course with no refund issued. 6.
